yup need some help here guys new to Photo shop so im not sure what all the unmask crap means heres the shot tho

While by no means am I the best person to ask, I find that the unsharp mask makes the image way to sharp, I like to use "Adjust Sharpness" at the bottom of the enhance toolbar, set it to preview on the image and experiment with that, you should be able to tell the difference between soft, over sharp, and just right with a little bit of practice.

Nice warm color in yours, Aaron. Franks also looks a tad bit too dark, too. If it's lightened up and sharpened, it should make it.

Don't forgot to boost the saturation as well...doesn't pop quite enough in my opinion. Email the original if you still need help.

Nice photos; just watch out for the "Similar to Previous Photo" rejection. It's a possibility if a shot is at the same angle and processed the exact same way..
