Detail Associates used to make one. I used it for a CN GP40-2lw project several years ago. I'm sure you could find one *somewhere*.

I believe Big Four Hobbies in Plainfield, IN had/has one in stock. They are in MR and do mail order if you can't find it anywhere else.
