Thanks for the tip on Lapeer - I'll stop by on my way to Bishop airport tomorrow.

Lapeer was a real dud. Only four or five dealers, maybe 15 tables. The spring show is much better

The Redford show this year was actually impressive. Got a great deal on some F&C PRR H30 hoppers, a NYC cabin, and a N&W RS11.

I agree - big disappointment when I walked in at 1:30. The empty parking lot was the first sign of trouble.

At least the weren't charging at the door - I would have been p***ed had I paid to see a half dozen tables of junk.

Silver lining was catching a CN eastbound manifest in town while there. I didn't go much out of my way anyhow since I was flying out of FNT later in the afternoon.

I was at the Kalamazoo Show selling off some stuff, thought it was pretty good. Crowd did seem down a little. Talked with one person who also went to the Muskegon show and to quote "it sucked"
