Getting a hold of Bowser

I emailed Bowser last week, as I was trying to order some stuff, but they don't have a ship to Canada option. All I wanted to do was order some Long Tongue Connectors for my Roadrailers & also a new couplermate with the fully detailed handrails... I emailed them last week and I still have not gotten a reply from them yet to see I could order the stuff I needed.
