The GR&I announced it will divest itself of all common stock which immediately dropped the price of K&L common. The stock rebounded when later the GR&I announced it would "assist the K&L in completing its mainline and other purchases" without assuming any board seats....."

in other words...being back to work and having a slightly better year then i thought refund-wise a massive K&L expansion is planned for the coming weeks...priorities being;

1. finish all trackwork including Enfield Yd
2. aquire sufficent rolling stock (look out eBay...BigBidDaddy is comin :lol: )
3. take possesion of locomotives currently being held by the bond owner
4. stock up on structures and scenery materials

....and ive just been told THIS list to be done first :roll:

1. FIX THE D@^^^ VAN
2. FINISH THE D@^^^ TURTLE DOCKS
3. FIX MY DISHWASHER!!!
4. BUY ME MY NEW COMPUTER

:lol: :lol: :lol: Don't screw up Gov or you'll lose more than just your layout. Mrs Gov looks very smart and could take you for more than 50% :wink:
PatC created a monster, 'cause nobody wants to see Don Simon no more they want AARR I'm chopped liver, well if you want AARR this is what I'll give ya, bad humor mixed with irrelevant info that'll make you roll your eyes quicker than a ~Z~ banhammer...

mailperson was just here and i got my "local" train :mrgreen: 5 mixed freight and a caboose so ill have pics of a "real" train soon

the K&L Managment is hoping a substantal offer of coal and water will entice the crew in Battle Creek to make the shuttle when convenient...until the Roads Trackmobile is fully repaired the limit on travel is 10 miles at a snails pace ( need to put a trans in my 93 dodge minivan...waitin on the trans and a semi-clear day to drop and flop the tranny :roll: )

heres the southbound K&L train #11 dritfing downgrade past the Gull Lake Resort as seen from the "Bluff" heading home to Enfield

this is the "Bluff"...i know theres no tunnels in central Lower Mi...so expect the Plausability Police be hanging around here 8) ...this particular view will be mostly hidden when operating

Great work Gov! As for your tunnel issue, you could always take bridge girders and glue them to the sides to look like an overpass and ballast the area where the bridge would be. You could even make a decal for the "Kalamazoo & Lansing" and put it on the girders.

thats a great idea realy...thanks chris :D

looked into this and heres the plan....the Richland side has a Railbed right near the edge so that side will have "1/2" a plate girder bridge showing (NYC was in Richland yes?) and the Gull Lake side has enough room on the upper level that there will be a road bridge over this opening

also she started on a "backdrop" to try to knock the glare down for pic taking ....without just blockin the whole d@^^ window :? will be installed around the corner behind the hill in the background
