CP locomotive vibration question

I watched this really interesting video (taken in vertical format unfortunately) of a guy running a CP AC4400CW, and I almost immediately noticed that this engine was having some pretty gnarly vibrations in the cab.

I know a good chunk of CP’s AC44’s have GE steerable trucks, but I’ve heard the steerables tend to cause vibrations in some way (and that’s why they’re not being used anymore). Could this be the cause of the vibrations or is there something else at play?

Looks like a typical GE rattle-trap to me.
