SO how did that come about and are those "Retired" EX Amtrak Locomotives being "towed" to a paint shop or a scrap yard? Wonder what they brought when they were sold off & who bought them? And what are their specs?

IIRC it's a few F40PHs and a couple of P40DCs. Purchased by Larry's Truck & Electric in Ohio. They'll either be scrapped there or kept around in case someone wants to buy them.
