I set up ATCS cellphone alerts. Anyone want a tutorial?

I was recently able to set up a system to get notifications on my cellphone for when trains are lined up on the ATCS, and I find it quite useful. If anyone would like a quick tutorial, I can happily oblige. Just let me know.

How on earth did you manage that? I'd like a tutorial, better yet how do you even get ATCS?
