CSX New Customer in New Boston

CSX has a new customer in New Boston, Plastic Omnium. They opened late 2013. I don't know when rail service started. Looks like they have two tracks with four spots each for unloading plastic pellets.
PO also has a plant west of Adrian serviced by ADBF.
