LSRC to Flint

Understand the Saginaw to Flint train that use to operate on sundays is now running on sat instead. Any idea about what time it leaves Saginaw to head south and how much time does it take for it to depart Flint to go back to Saginaw ??? Would like to try to catch it and still have time to make it to Howell for the 2pm departure of 1225.
