Amtrak AEM-7 Status?
Amtrak AEM-7 Status?
Iv'e been trying to see if Amtrak 946 is still in service. Does anyone know if it is still running around or has it been retired?

I thought I read last week that all of the AEM-7s were stored and or retired now.

I believe that there are 2 left, numbers 942 and 946... mind you that info is 10 days old.
The good folks at AU have a thread keeping tabs on the AEM-7 retirement. I'd keep watch over there for updates.
