It is on the FEC, about a mile south of some construction for a new passenger station in Ft Lauderdale. The left hand track ends suddenly, about a mile north of here, and all traffic uses the right hand main through town. This sign may have something to do with the track being torn up further up the line. It is bungeed over a milepost. Never seen this sign before. What is it?

Looks like under GCOR rules they use that it is a "warning" sign for a restriction ahead.

After I posted it, I figured it is some kind of warning that the track ends about a mile ahead. The track ends temporarily at a crossing, and all trains are diverted to the northbound main while work is being done on the new depot downtown.

The other day I was at a G&W property for work and noticed a whole stack of new signs, some of which were your sign in question. I have never seen any trackside, though.
