Railex trains seen with mixed freight in the past few wee

Hi Every one. I have seen some mixed cars on the U.P.R road/CSXT unit railex box car refer trains as of late. Does any one happen to know if they are comeing off of the U.P.R road that way? Also is the trains still considered a refer train or is it now considered a manifest? Thank you for the info a head of times.
