Then you have the end of "double" track at Beck Road, signals at Napier, in Salem and at MP 34. MP 34 is not road accessible.

Brighton MP45.2 with a 7000 foot long passing siding. At Mile post 43 are two bridges, one over US 23 and one over Old US 23. Signals are right at the bridge over old US 23 but they are not easily accessible. Thermofil used to be right at MP43 until a Soo SD60 was sent into the siding years ago. Now Thermofil is located at the east end of Fowlerville's siding on the south side of the main and has a rathter large yard.
Eastbound CP at the east end of Brighton. CSX has a building here for storage.

Looking towards Main Street from the same train
Image
X500 waiting on the main pointed east just west of 4th street.
Image
I have not stopped in Brighton verymuch its way to crowded, so I do not have any photos of the west end. There are signals at MP49, and Ann Pere MP 52.9.

looking west from Lucy Road of Q326 passing D709 train on the main.

The TSBY making a 62 car set after a SOO SD60 nailed a truck at lucy road closing the interchange for several days. Here they are at Fowler Street after backing down the main past the west end of Howel, and then pulling back in to the siding. How many times have you seen a Signal bridge of the TSBY?
Image
D709 coming east at the west end of Howell
Image
A really cool old bridge still in use between Oghaira, and the West End of Howell. Oghaira is a industry that gets auto parts cars, and International Paper is located right next to them and also gets cars for paper.

Image
Looking west from the bridge, box cars for International paper are seen on the left of X503-15

Here's a few pictures of Napier and Salem, that Mike mentioned above.

Salem:
Salem is a well know location on this part of the Plymouth Subdivision. Located here is one of the biggest railroad grades in Michigan: Salem Hill. It is not as big as some others, but helpers have been used in past decades on this hill.
Looking east, towards the Six Mile Rd. crossing and the grade, with a westbound CP Train:

Looking east, same train. An Intermediate signal can be seen in the distance:

All three photos, Collection of Mike Koprowicz.

Gregg you forgot its also home to the worst train crash in Michigan from 1907 where 33 people died and on drowned when a PM excursion from Ionia hit the local between Napier and 5 mile road. But thanks, I was just gonna head down their to take some photos. Also I think a train may have had helpers back in the winter or spring because Y101 or some other Plymouth local was in South Lyon behind a K train and started calling out 34, salem, napier while nobody was in the siding at South Lyon.
