Made this for another project, so I'll put it here.

160.215 (7) is the OHCR road/yard channel

160.230 (8 ) is the CSX road channel on most of the former B&O/C&O lines.

160.290 (12) Toledo Sub dispatcher (LA desk, Toledo-Hamilton)

160.320 (14) is the dispatcher channel for the following:

Columbus Sub (C&O) Fostoria-Columbus (HD desk)

New Castle Sub (B&O) New Castle PA-Greenwich, OH (IO desk)

CL&W Sub/Cleveland Sub (B&O) Sterling, OH to Cleveland and Lorain (also IO desk)

160.365 (17) Ohi-Rail

160.380 (18 ) is the road/dispatcher for the NS Huntington/Detroit Districts (former Wabash main up in the northwest corner of the state)

160.440 (22) is the NS New Castle District road/dispatcher (Fort Wayne-Cincinnati)

160.485 (25) is the CSX Greenwich and Columbus Line Subs dispatcher (IF desk, Berea-Galion and Columbus

160.530 (28 ) is the CSX former B&O yard channel

160.605 (33) is the CSX Toledo Branch/Scottslawn/Mt Victory Subdivisions dispatcher (IE desk, Toledo-Columbus on the ex-CR and Galion to Ridgeway)

160.635 (35) is the CSX Pemberville Sub and Toledo Terminal dispatcher (RL desk, Fostoria-Toledo)

160.650 (36) covers all Akron-Barberton Cluster Railway operations

160.680 (38 ) is the CSX Indianapolis Line Subdivision dispatcher (ID desk, Ridgeway-Indianapolis)

160.695 (39) is used by the Maumee & Western shortline in NW Ohio

160.785 (45) is used by CSX MOW

160.800 (46) formerly CR Channel 1, now used by:

NS Chicago Line (Toledo West DS, Toledo-Elkhart)

CSX Indy Line road channel west of Ridgeway

CSX Cleveland Terminal dispatcher (IG desk)

160.860 (50) formerly CR channel 3, is the CSX road channel for the ex-CR lines east/north/south of Ridgeway

160.965 (57) is the Cuyahoga Valley Scenic RR road/yard channel

160.980 (58 ) formerly CR channel 4, is the NS road/dispatcher between Toledo and Berea (Toledo East desk) and the NS Dayton District road/dispatcher (Columbus-Cincinnati)

161.025 (61) is the Wheeling & Lake Erie road/dispatcher/yard channel

161.070 (64) formerly CR channel 2, now used for:

NS Toledo Yard road and dispatcher (Toledo Yard desk)

NS Fort Wayne Line (PRR), Cleveland Line (PRR), Cleveland Terminal road and dispatcher

NS West Virginia Secondary (Columbus-West Virginia)

Chicago Fort Wayne & Eastern road/dispatcher (CF&E is dispatched by the NS Pittsburgh West desk

161.160 (70) is another CSX (ex-B&O) yard channel

161.190 (72) is the NS road and dispatcher for the Columbus and Sandusky Districts

161.220 (74) is the Indiana & Ohio ex-DT&I

161.250 (76) is the road and dispatcher for the following NS lines:

Fostoria District (Bellevue-Fort Wayne)

Toledo District (Toledo-Bellevue)

Cleveland District (Bay Village, OH-Bellevue)

Lima District (Fostoria-Lima)

76 is also used on the WLE as a yard channel.

161.370 (84) is the dispatcher for the CSX Garrett Sub (Deshler-Garrett, IN)

161.520 (94) is the dispatcher for the CSX Willard Sub/Willard Terminal (IP desk, Willard-Deshler) the Erie West Sub (IH desk, Erie-Cleveland), and the Northern Sub (HD desk, Russell, KY-Columbus)

Add:

161.430 (ch.88) I&O Yard Channel

Not sure what the frequency is offhand, but Ch.29 is another one for the CF&E

I&O and NS both talk to Northstar Steel's Truck Scale (Delta, OH) on 161.070 (ch.64) for permission to enter the plant.
