This happened in Flat Rock yard, nothing major just a few auto racks hopped the tracks and they remained up right.

Sounds like there is a derailment in or near flat rock. It is at van horn road. I am not familiar with that area so I don't know exactly where that is. I also don't know which railroad it is, assuming CN?? Radio said to avoid the area. They suggested using west road as a alternate route. I believe ...

502 has completed their work at Durand they have 8076 feet. Due to siding length on the Holly 502 will have to wait for 391 to clear the Holly. 391 departed Pontiac at 11:55PM.

502 working Durand with CN 2569 leading

355 has AMTK 90413 leading and AMTK 18 trailing

371 came into Pontiac with the CN 2423 leading. They are now departing Pontiac with 60 cars they changed power in Pontiac but they have 3 units now.

280 is approaching Royal Oak

371 is going by Yellow Cab, they will work Pontiac. They will also be picking an engine up in Pontiac.

They were most likely needed for some type of move out of Moterm or Pontiac. I have seen frequently where foreign power from 280 or 766 will be used on a 501 or 540 out of Pontiac. They could have also picked intermodal up at Moterm and headed north with that.

I believe 501 is Flint to Battle Creek, I know for sure that it went west of Durand. There is always a chance that it could find itself back in Flint.

It is heading west on 501 today out of Flint.
