IORY 9500 is a 20-cylindered SD45R still in SP paint, IORY 9400 is a SD45T-2 also in SP paint. I believe IR 7444 is an SD45R too with 20 cylinders.

You're thinking of radial steering trucks, which up to this point all AC ES44's have had. These new 3200's have Hi-Ad trucks.

I'd be shooting any CPL in the area... It looked like there are at least 5 masts by the junction behind some containers. Could be wrong that's just what it looked like.

Chased the LNL on Dec. 31, 2014 which had some cool power.
