IORY 9500 is a 20-cylindered SD45R still in SP paint, IORY 9400 is a SD45T-2 also in SP paint. I believe IR 7444 is an SD45R too with 20 cylinders.

Partially correct, the masts and bases were not signal masts but PTC antenna masts.
