It's too bad you missed 326 this morning...came through Zeeland about 6:30 8345 (dark future) and 8104 (bright future) and one of the longest trains I have seen through here in a while...i wished I would have been counting cars.

any body know what went through Zeeland at 12:05? 4 engines running light back to GR.

He passed Waverly about 6:40. The problem with that was that 326 was in the siding and had pulled up to Lakewood but didn't get the signal until 7, which meant Waverly Road was blocked for at least 20 minutes...what a mess that created!

what happened there a couple years ago?

Actually, i do really like their U.P board. My son is a student at Michigan Tech and so I go up there every couple months and I can keep up with what's happening there.

CP X500 is sitting in Waverly now waiting for a crew change. Red Soo 6060 on the point, followed by another red Soo (lost the piece of paper with the number written on it......)

Talked with Dale tonight. The movers will be at East Saugatuck tomorrow at 10 to start loading up the car and it will be moved on Wednesday 9/19 before noon. I spoke with Dale's wife a bit ago. The car is in the siding at East Saugatuck right now. The plan as it stands now is on Monday they will spot the equipment, Tuesday they will load it up, and move it down 58th Street on Wednesday into Fennville.

If anything changes i'll let you know.

I sure hope there is a recap of this trip posted somewhere because all of the dicussion ahead of time has been all over the map and I would like to know how it went. I checked with my friends about that car in East Saugatuck...it's theirs. They already have a call into the house movers and they plan on moving it with in days.
