As for the second question, I am not sure what the basis of your question is. In the earlier "short insult" portion of this discussion (where people were simply saying "you are wrong" without providing any real information) it sounded like the debate was "NS never uses CSX" vs "NS always uses CSX"....

It is just habit, the desk is being dispatched from down south. As for when the desks came up both, April of 2006 is what sounds right in my head. I am not 100% sure on that date.

Starting 1st shift on the 15th, the RN will be in Jax.
