Their numbers are probably down now that most of the action takes place closer to sunrise and later. I'd consider a polar bear gathering in Jan or Feb. I'm def...

Now they'll blame the railroad and make them put reflective tape on the sides of the hopper cars. :x It still won't work because the Lady wasn't looking where she was driving in the first place :!:

They stopped receiving plastic by rail a while back. They would usually have between 3-7 plastic cars in their spur. However, they still ship out quite a few 86' box cars. It's currently the Automotive Holdings division of Visteon.

Jump out of your vehicle and grab the hand rail of one of the cars and with your mighty super powers bring the train to a gradual and slow stop. Then go get some chicks and party cause you're a hero :)

I know what you mean Patrick. There's a really big 10-12 point or so buck in the metro park near our house. He's going to live a long life as long as he stays there. And with all the construction going on the areas to hunt around Washington or shrinking fast.

Is X500 the eastbound train? Doc has mentioned the eastbound picks up hot auto parts in Grand Rapids so I doubt they'd reroute the eastbound.

KL82 Wheeling & Lake Erie, to leave Lang. Looks like W&LE are handling some mixed freight with CN. Anyone know what the typical size of this train is?

I missed your question about H&S. It's the former Hartford and Slocum which I believe just goes by H&S now. A very, very, very short shortline with thousands of lease cars. Much like Coe Rail was (before selling) in Walled Lake.

I thought the track to L-P was taken out and they were using a team track for the bulk liquid tanker cars they receive.
