those would be the 5000 series covered cement hoppers. they would be from the late 80's to early 90's. i personally dont remember seeing them myself, but i think they're cool.

I did a little updating on the HESR wiki page. the 2025 has recently had its electrical rebuilt. the cab still says GP38, but I have to believe they rebuilt her to GP38-3 standards... i might be wrong though. i haven't been able to ask anyone yet. 2026 is updated. Page 1 on here is badly wrong.

GTW 5936 is still in Pontiac and it's running, but I don't think anyone was in it.

as of about 3:30 GTW 5936 was at bristol road in flint.
