8:30pm seems like a great guess to see it coming out of the tunnel, but who knows when it will show. I will be watching CP’s Facebook for updates and new this year (although, I’m not sure how accurate) CP claims to have a map with real-time tracking: http://cpholidaytrain.ca

Shot in the dark, but do you have any idea how many tracks they are being planned/constructed on the Budd site? 0 tracks are being added to the Budd Yard, infact the existing tracks that previously went into the now demolished buildings were all taken out/paved over. Ever car entering/exiting Budd ...

They go from Mack to Sterling yard before heading to the North Yard to build a manifest to NS Fort Wayne and other areas. I’m sure some people here will have more details than that though, just my basic knowledge.

I work here and once completed, by the end of the year, the Budd Yard lot will be FCA’s main yard hub increasing from 3,000-10,000 cars onsite. Expect Conrail traffic to increase dramatically over the next few months on this sub.

383 CN2656 leads CN8000 and CN5473 is southbound on the Clem approaching the Milwaukee Junction at 6:00AM.

CN 2659 is southbound approaching the Milwaukee Junction on the Clem with a shorter train of autoracks. Not sure on a train number as the CN Detroit Area scanner feed is offline again.

"397,322 are running mt.clemens and holly subs today between Tappan and Durand account track work at Emmett" IIRC, 322 is also westbound despite the even number symbol. - Any idea when they might be coming through Milwauk...

I spotted HZGX 192 with about a half dozen flats this morning in the East Yard facing south towards the Milwaukee Junction. Anyone have any info where/why Herzog Contracting Corporation is in the area working?
