Re: NS Kankakee work
I am going to need to catch the local. I forget the symbol... But I -think- he comes down out of Chicago, but even if it comes from the west. They use the wye to turn the train. And the only way to the customer on the Danville stub is across the diamond from the north. But that means mid day, week d...

Re: NS Kankakee work
There should be three separate individual signal/stop pairs based on the drawing - 4, 6, and 8. One would think that 2E and 2N would each have their own Clear bit with a shared Stop bit. I suppose that one could program the 6 signals to both show Clear from a single bit if the routes didn't conflic...

Re: NS Kankakee work
Did you see any data or only a baseline message? I see it in my database, but without data. No data yet, but probably only because its out of the range of receivers. Ohh wait. I got two control hits on it. http://inrd.gotdns.com/temp/Sch.jpg Now using the old CR diagram.. we can fairly match the ma...

Re: IHB Changes At Gibson
NS adapter looks like the IHB bits are changed a bit.
I think the first switch bit may be K48 and K47. Not sure yet. They look like they are still working on it.

Looks like the usual IHB tactic of just "Just talk them by the red" while you change things is in force.

From what I see, they look like they are working on the NS one now.tttodisp wrote:Finally. So far, the NS view of Hohman has not changed as far as NS bits go, but lots of new bits from IHB changes. I am expecting the usual 4-5 days to complete the cutover.

Once in a while, someone at the UP power desk makes an effort to put them back together.
They eventually get broken up and the process repeats.

Yep UP SD70M #2001 and 2002 There are two of them.
They are in a matched scheme for the Salt Lake 2002 Olympics.
One says Olympic torch relay
One says Salt Lake 2002
17 year old paint scheme.

Burnham is waiting on the NICTD.
Should get a South Shore view out of it, and with their Gauntlet tracks, that should be Hilarious to try and get ATCS to deal with.

And yet another drawbridge that acts in a different way.
Bridges are so much fun in ATCS. Not a one acts the same way depending on what railroad set them up.

Re: New Control Point CP Indy at MP B501.5
I am watching it now.
Judging from the way the controls are. 6 switches. One signal pair, 4 OOS bits. It is Cummings Drawbridge.

Six would be right for the drawbridge.
Four derails and two switches.
My money is on Cummings Drawbridge.
