MMRR3836 and GRE3839 with South "Light" through Grand Haven last night around 10:45 PM. MMRR3836 came back North through Grand Haven around 3:30 AM with 29 cars. I heard something on my scaner last Friday night about some sort of engine problem, but I did not get a clear signal. I do know that the South bound did not go through Grand Haven till 12:40 AM.

I picked a copy up at the Bookman in GH over the past weekend. Really enjoyed it, do wish where were more color photos of what things look like now however.

I did pick up a couple from the Chessie System Historical Society. They are worth the price.

The Ford Deraborn Stamping plant uses 86 foot box cars. The Dearborn Frame plant uses 60 foot box cars. CN does all the switching.

I normaly like to watch at Washington street. More street lights.

This morning I observed the biggest North bound count yet, 109 cars through Grand Haven.

I am very sorry to see MMRR180 going away.

Do I understand correctly, this unit is going to Muskegon? Is it as a replacement or an addation to whats already there.

The count on rail fans was off by at least one. I made the trip out and was there from about 6 till 7.
