Re: NMRA Train Show Shenanigans
Listen to them in Manistee from 95.5 in Traverse City. If driving south in the morning I could get that station to around Pentwater and by then 97.9 in Grand Rapids would come in.
Here's a list of stations.

Continuing from part 1 . Re: Ludington Windmill Trains
The Badger has been posting pictures and some videos of tower sections. Looks like they have been sending a good number of them across. As a matter of fact they had to turn Kevin Costner away because they couldn't accommodate his tour buses on a night crossing because of the tower sections. Costner ...

There's a thread for all the train pictures too. http://photography-on-the.net/forum/showthread.php?t=136079 If you're boat watching, maybe you'll see a locomotive go by too. http://www.boatnerd.com/news/newsthumbsb/images-12-3/6-BBC-Delaware--CEFX-110-22-07-12-mb.jpg http://www.boatnerd.com/news/ne...

No parking problems at Ogden Dunes when the air and water show was going on downtown but that was back in 2008. Museum Campus/11th Street closet stop to the Field Museum.

Re: Ludington Windmill Trains
These Trail King trailers have steerable axles. This one made a right hand turn in front of me onto the freeway on-ramp. His escort nosed into traffic forcing it to stop, then the semi came off the right shoulder and swung way out and made his turn. Didn't take any longer to turn than a regular semi...

Re: The S.S. Badger at sunset
Thanks Mick. There's been plenty of talk lately of this being the Badger's last season if they can't stop discharging coal ash into the lake. It's always a beautiful sight to see the carferry sail away. A few times I've even seen a guy all dressed up playing bagpipes going past the piers.
