Exactly what year were the tracks through Ovid MI removed? There is a nice size scrap yard on the edge of town that used to ship by rail from what I was told and could use it now by the looks of things since they have enough scrap piles to justify shipping out by rail if it were an option.

That would have been neat if they could have gotten their idea up off the ground. There was many times I walked from downtown Lansing to the North side, this would have been perfect.

When CN replaced a broken rail in Morrice which happened to be where the switch is for the only remaining siding left in town, they never replaced the actual switch.
