I actually like it. While it may not be a great railroad pic, since it is so close, it adds quite a bit of 'drama' to the shot. The colors look pretty bad but depending on where it was taken and what time if day it was, there might not be much that can be done with it.

Yeah, dpreview is a great place to get awesome information. Only problem I have is that most of the info is so technically specific, it can make one camera seem like crap compared to another; yet, when used by a normal person, you would never tell the difference in your lifetime.
