Grand Elk NB through Wayland at 12:30pm with a decent length train (20-30 maybe). 4190 & 3808 in the lead. Thx JT - Grand Elk north through Byron Center at 1:02pm. WAMX 4190, 3808 and 36 cars. Had some cars that looked like going to Moline, so I'd expect a stop there on the way south later today.

Grand Elk south through Byron Center at 8pm. WAMX 4017, WAMX 4190 (both LHF) with 27 cars, mostly boxcars on the headend.

Grand Elk north through Byron Center at 1:26pm. WAMX 4124, 4189, and 4209 with 26 cars. Good mix of tank cars, boxcars, and covered hoppers. Hopefully they'll keep running strong, regardless of what jetlink thinks

Hint = it is quite possible this train passed through Hamler, Deshler, Van Wert, etc earlier in the day.

I had browsed a bit yesterday checking lines heading east out of Fostoria, made it over to Cleveland area but didn't continue. Throwing a Youngstown guess in.

GDLK - Saw a string of boxcars and tank cars near Moline about 6:30pm, so maybe they were switching on their southbound run.

Grand Elk north through Byron Center at 3:28pm. WAMX 4124 and 4190 facing north with 28 cars. Foliage getting thick back there again.

Grand Elk north through Byron Center at 1:32pm. WAMX 4017 with 11 cars. Been a couple months since 4017 has strolled by.
Forgot to mention GDLK took WAMX 4124, 4190, and 4009 south with them yesterday.

GDLK was north through Byron Center about 2:45pm with WAMX 4124 and 4190, unknown number of cars.

Grand Elk north through Byron Center at 2:04pm. WAMX 4189, 4209, and 37 cars. First half tank cars, followed by boxcars and covered hoppers. Looks like a Moline stop on the way south.
