I have heard the dwarf in marion Indiana has been replaced ,but only it for now.

When in Indiana you may also want to visit downtown Marion,IN. NS has not touched the signals there yet and there are 2 mast style signals at cp 78 and then a nice mix of a dwarf, a pedestal dwarf, and 2 mast style position lights at the diamond at cp 79. Traffic there is not the best, but beteen 36...

The track work is done, but Hickory street is still not redone, closed to road traffic and ns supplies along road with tracks exposed still.

I always end up at the underpass for the Huntington Dist knowing if i go to the cut the elusive over/under will likely happen while im down at the bottom,lol

most wbs are NS intermodals, only rarely does a NS train run eb, but 3 or 4 wbs of NS make the ebs rare, and usually CF&E when they do run. last i heard 282 and 216 run cf&e and sometimes 240.

Warsaw was cutover today, but I hear the new cf&e ones remain bagged still.

Look close west of town,as of now there are 5 signals with only the old position light one currently in use! Atwood and the one between the newest one and the one in your picture have notched markers so i assume those 2 which were added when the one you picture were were for some sort of ctc passing...

OK, thought youd figure this out by those hints, the really new distant signals on CF&E are just east of the creek west of town and across from lake city bank in Winona lake, look to be a green or yellow only , so atleast they know when they have signal once cut over.

Looks like 6 position lights fall when Warsaw is done, but also if the CF&E track thru town is kept up they will probably be able to do 40 over diamond on cf&e.

75502430400202 showed up for a bit thursday on the bcp side, sounds like Warsaw, a solo worker was doing something today in the new bungalow and all around diaond, so time may be nearing.

Interestingly it seems the old signal bridge maynot be in the way?

So, is this going to be a tear out old signals that are in the way and realign everything and finish and do signal testing all at once this week????

The cutover on the branch must be pushed back a ways, the trailers at cp 21 and milford jct have left and there seems to be a lot of work and trailers now along chicago district east of claypool to ft wayne.
