This is the site of the current Avoca-Wadhams Rail-Trail Head; the Avoca Elevator, which still stands, and what is now M136 can be seen in the backrground. Most of thsi area was destroyed by a devasting fire in 1922, which burned down most of the town Southwest of the tracks. PM-MANMar 17, 2006
