Q326 in Jenison326 arrived just in time for me to get a shot of it (thanks Tim & Zack) in pretty much the last sunlight of the day that I would see. The Baldwin St. construction project continues on, with the Old Chicago Dr. bridge now GONE. In the left background, on this side of the train, is a new culdisac, and in the foreground the old crossing which will soon vanish as well. The new bridge on the other side of the train is the Baldwin Rd. extension which will have entrance and exit ramps from 196. I wish I would have been able to find a build plate on that bridge before they ripped it to pieces, but unfortunately I didn't take the time. My guess it had been built sometime in the early 1900's. Another piece of history gone forever. J T12/11/07 at 22:54railroadfan: i'm guessing that ashpalt drive in the very ba...
