PRR GG1 #4882 and NYC L3a #3001Two iconic faces of railroading! Believe it or not, the older locomotive here is the GG1, which predates the Mohawk's 1940 build date by one year. The PRR GG1 #4882 was the last operating GG1 ever in 1983 in New Jersey under NJ Transit, and is now painted for Penn Central.
