SOO 6047After a brief stop at Wyoming Yard, X502 heads east out of the yard. Headed down to Buchanan St...had to wait a while...X502 pulled up to Plaster Creek and the dispatchers were changing shifts.. Gordon got on and let them go, then got clearance through the flagman near Grandville Rd. SOO 6047 and SOO 6009 on CP X502. - 10/21/05~Z~

D704It was still a sunny evening, so hearing that D704 was going to leave Wyoming Yard, i headed down around Comstock Park to look for a spot. Tried one park, but no opening to let the sun in. Settled on a shot near the Deltaplex at Turner St. Here's a smoking D704 with CSX 7301 (ex conrail) and CSX 7383 heading north on 07/19/05.~Z~

UP 4204After seeing the D704 along Seward Ave in Grand Rapids, i head out leonard, only US131 and head north. Not finding any good spots along alpine, settle for a grab shot at Alpine, near 12 mile. The chase is now off. 07/14/05~Z~

CP 9706You can guess what happened here, but i'll tell you anyway. As X502 with CP 9706 heads south along Buchanan Ave, a semi decided to pull out of it's parking lot. This semi at least cleared before the train was by, but then stopped just past me along the side of the road. Zack wasn't happy :(
