I don't believe this is BO tower as Tim S mentioned..the 4 tracks across the frame doesn't look like Kalamazoo.

Milwaukee Jct. in Detroit. The car is southbound on what is today the CN Holly Sub and heading for the River through the Dequinder Cut. The diamonds are the Conrail and Grand Trunk (ex D&TSL). Great shot!
