Royal Canadian Pacific "Royal Wentworth"
One of the many open platform heavyweight observations in this consist was the Royal Wentworth, car eight of 10 in this day's train. This is the CP Executive Special (Symbol 046) travelling eastbound on the former NYC Water Level Route. CP Execs are heading from Chicago up to Toronto, and they are using their trackage rights over the NS to get to Canada. Royal Wentworth was built in 1926 at CPR's Argus Shops in Montreal and is named after the president of CP at that time, Edward Wentworth Beatty. 11/22/06.
