This is from nearly the same spot as your other F-unit shot. The siding and switch look the same.

Yes, and the spur off of that third track is the one that went to the docks of the buliding just south of the Amtrak station. I wonder what happened to that third track, though. Doesn't seem like there would have been room for it unless it was where the loading area for Amtrak now is.
