Conrail GP40-2 #3062

Visiting Conrail Quality GP40-2 #3062 is on the head end of NS local job B-57, on the North Pass in Kalamazoo. B-57 is the night turn from Kalamazoo's Botsford Yard to switch at Battle Creek and return. When the crew is short on time, they will pull their train onto the North Pass rather than back it into the yard. A day crew will then come on duty and take their train into the yard to break it up. Lately (May 06), they have been running with an engine on each end of this train. May 5, 2006.
